WRITTEN WARNING — ABSENTEEISM
Dear Mr Sithole,
This letter serves as a WRITTEN WARNING in respect of the following act of misconduct:
Offence: Absenteeism — Unauthorised absence from work.
Date(s) of Offence: 28 May 2025 to 2 June 2025 (5 consecutive working days).
You were absent from work without authorisation from Wednesday, 28 May 2025 to Monday, 2 June 2025, constituting five (5) consecutive working days of unauthorised absence. No leave application was submitted prior to or during your absence.
Please be advised that you received a Verbal Warning for Absenteeism on 12 February 2025, which remains active.
This Written Warning will remain on your disciplinary record for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Should you commit a further act of misconduct of a similar or serious nature during this period, more severe disciplinary action — including a Final Written Warning or Dismissal — may be considered.
